The Cabinet Office have constantly challenged the LG Notice 5057 as applying to the PJM by stating that it does not apply to Crown Servants and campaign or commemorative medals.
Now both these statements are true but we were not Crown Servants when the PJM was conferred and the PJM is a Service Medal.
These Civil Servants do not tell lies but they do misrepresent the truth.
I have constantly asked the Cabinet Office for a meeting to discuss this issue and they have always refused.
Here is my latest email to Lesley Bainsfair of the Cabinet Office.

I thank you for the speedy response to my email but I fail to understand why your office does not wish to meet representatives of the PJM Veterans Association unless that your evidence not to recognize that the London Gazette Notice 5057 as applying to the PJM does not stand up to scrutiny.
My offer still stands and should you agree to let us put our evidence on the table what ever the outcome of the meeting I promise you will not hear from me again.
Should you not agree it can only mean that LG notice 5057 does apply.
