I for one endorse the sentiments expressed in that article! Great media exposure of an interfering MoD that doesn't understand it's own responsibilities (the PJM is an FCO matter). And why are they telling us civvies what wemust and must not do!

If they stuck to what they should be concentrating on, i.e. our serving men and women (for whom they do have responsibility on behalf of the employer - HMG), then our forces might stand a better chance of survival.
