I have just had a call from 'Ed' at Radio Solent.

They have been inundated with calls/emails/texts of support ... 100% with us ... and the BBC is so impressed with that support that they are going to raise the issue again tomorrow on Julian Clegg's show.

That is fantastic news.

I have voted on the phone and to make sure, I sented an email to Julian Clegg

Sent an email this morning and managed to get a young lady on the phone this afternoon. Said she had noted my comments and will pass them on. Took my telephone number and said they MAY call me back. Very well done Barry and everyone, I think this is the breakthrough we required at this time when things were starting to slow down. Yipee!!!

PS I think Tony Blair will have to move over in that big white van to make room for some civil servants.

Thanks, valentine. This amount of support ahs encouraged the Beeb to do somehting they haven't done before ... they are taking continuing the issue on tomorrow's programme.

Thanks to what you did in Edinburgh, we are still under siege about the Scottish Petition.

The lobbying is increasing.

The support in the Commons is increasing.

PJMer's support is increasing.

I know you know all that being so deeply involved in all this work ... I just wanted to write down a few notes so that I could explain to my wife why she saw me only briefly on our Ruby wedding anniversary and why I am standing by the PJM phone tomorrow on my birthday ready to field a call from the Beeb!

And I am deliriously happy about all of that because it augurs well for our campaign for PJMers' right to wear their medal.
