Whitehall Farce!
Yes its December 1st and it is Pantomime Season folks, no Brian Rix to help us here but let us just think for a moment who could be The Principal Boy or Widow Twanky or even the Ugly Sisters. Keep it within the realms of decency aye?

Absolutely correct, the Pantomime season has arrived; however, for Whitehall it never seems to be anything else.
They ran out of promises yesterday, and they ran out of our respect a long time ago. My request for an explanation went off to my MP at 0730 this morning. Can anyone tell me what they would like us, en masse, to do now ? Tony

I could think of lots of things to do to them Tony, but I'm afraid my thoughts are not printable here!
When you said 'they ran out of promises yesterday' well I have to say the only statement I saw from the suits was HOPE by the end of November, now as for which November.........
