This is an important point - 'expats' are as affected as us still bogged down here, but they do not have a voice in Parliament. This is one of our grievances. And The Don's initiative is therefore all the more meaningful to those British veterans who now have dual or triple nationality.

Can't wait for the next bit about Fort Brooke. It's the Emergency as I did not see it and I can smell the jungle and the fear and the danger and the isolation and the bravery of those Malay Police. It's fantastic.
