Post The Legality of the Right to Wear the PJM
We all know we have that Legal Right to wear the PJM, The London Gazette announcement [I have it in writing from the LG that this announcement is cast in stone Very Happy ] of June 1968 quite clearly states this to be the case, we also have it in writing that The Queen's Private Secretary made this decision with presumably others unknown but without the Queen's signature, we probably have a constitutional problem here where Civil Servants can 'write off' any damn thing they like.

Whilst some PJM'ers believe that we have won the battle, that may well be the case but we have still to 'win' the war. The Civil Servants have made a porridge of this issue, they know it, you know it, the whole world knows it so ladies and gentlemen let us continue the struggle and let us see justice done for the 519 fallen colleagues if no one else

There is much activity going on behind the scenes, among which Don Touhig is raising the PJM question in a 10 minute bill this month, and may I just draw your attention to this page http://www.btinternet.com/~aspals/asp-sd1.html the more comments from 'old soldiers' the better.................
