Our Shop: Endeavours to despatch all orders for the Fight4thePJM Lapel Pin with 2 to 3 days. That target is met except when stocks run out and we advise purchasers in advance of that happening.

Emails, telephone calls and letters: We endeavour to respond to enquiries within 2 to 3 days but we have discovered that some responses are outstanding beyond those timescales. We are delighted to report that the reason for our project failure is the sheer scale of the interchange between PJMers. It is phenomenal. We receive many hundreds of messages each week. Our team works seven days a week now. Yes - seven days! But even that is not enough.

We shall catch up soon and if you have a message that is important to you and have not received a reply we would like to advise you that a response is on its way - no messages are lost.
