- don't improve conditions, simply forbid patients, family and other visitors and Senior Military
Officers from commenting on the appaling conditions suffered by our troops in certain
civilian hospitals. Its obviously cheaper than trying to make all round improvements!
Just how much more irresponsible and low-handed can this government and the MoD Civil Service
"experts" get?
"Good afternoon Sir, Madam, would you kindly sign the Official Secrets Act before entering the ward
(so that we can cover up our incompetence)"!
I get more angry and disgusted with every day that passes.
