Post New Lapel Badge for "Honours"
Jut had a look at the lapel badges for those awarded the OBE, like Chris Edge for instance.

It comes in a handsome box. Unlike the crappy cardboard box that my two (oops double medalling?) GSMs csme in.

Do they have to have permision from HM to wear it?

If they already have an OBE does it count as double medalling?

Only asking!

So good, you had to say it twice. Me, I am considering wearing my CDM...remember them... The Cadbury's dairy Milk medallion, you sent in five chocolate bar wrappers, and back winged your CDM. My daughter was the culprit. Nice ribbon colour... tasteful purple.

Anyway, I digress. Would it be possible to commission a 'Golden Peanut' award, to reflect intellectual achievement in the Civil Service and of course, the Honours and Decorations Committee. This would be accompanied by a suitably embellished certificate, giving full provinance to the award.

Nominations are respectfully requested for suitable recipients. I think I know who are the favourites as the front runners for this prestigious award.

Yours Aye

Arthur

Just watch the escape button Pete. If you press it three times, it turns into a self destruct mechanism. Wouldn't want you to get blown up at this stage of the game.

As for you Paul, how can there be a nut allergy, with all of those nuts around?

Yours Aye
