I will second that nomination.I have one observation to make(and it certainly isn't a slur).It is to precise and clear for the "suits"to understand.They like to see loads of "gobble de gook" so their addled brains can make sense of it.

Further to my letter to the lady above earlier this month - it is clear that it has rather upset the apple-cart a little. She has passed it on to someone called Andrew Collingwood (personally I have not heard this name mentioned before, although I'm more than confident that many of you have). The reply is shown below:
