Sooner than we had thought is the answer because they are coming direct from the Malaysian High Commission and so we are not relying on the MoD and its secretarial machinery.

The Aussies are receiving theirs as we speak, i.e. 9 or so months from the time that applications were first generally available.

So ... unless you're feeling mortal right now, I very much hope you will not have to substitute your current application for a posthumous one.
